New Construction
This house was not a keeper. So we tore it down, repaired and raised the existing foundation and constructed a totally new home on the existing footprint. This home features Andersen windows and Doors, cedar impression vinyl siding, 9 foot ceilings, upgraded cabinets, ceramic tile, granite tops, hardwood floors and custom mouldings. We than added an asphault driveway and finished the exterior with new sod and landscaping beds.

Master Bedroom, Bathroom and Covered Porch Addition
This addition included an oversized master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a full master bath with whirlpool tub and a covered porch over the existing deck. The existing deck was modified to allow for the addition and later finished with stain by the Homeowner.

Deck
