Exterior Renovation
This project involved removal and disposal of all the existing windows and interior trim, removal and disposal of vinyl siding, shutters and gutters. We installed new Andersen double hung windows throughout and a new Andersen sliding door at rear of house. We installed new vinyl siding, vinyl sophits, new 6" x 6" decorative columns at the front porch, new gutters and new shutters in the front of the house. We then finished the job with adding new window stool and trim at the interior and new exterior lighting fixtures at front and back.

Basement Remodel
This homeowner wanted a brand new look. The basement was finished but outdated and had moisture and structural issues. We gutted the entire space including all drywall, ceilings, framing, flooring, bathroom, electrical, plumbing and ductwork. We then sealed all the basement walls to prevent any future moiture problems. Then we installed a fresh air intake system that works with the new HVAC ductwork. We then added new framing for the new layout, new ductwork, new electric, recessed lighting and plumbing fixtures for the new bathroom and wet bar area. New doors, mouldings, travertine flooring and paint added the final touch. The new space looks beautiful and is an inviting new interior in this home.

Kitchen Remodeling
This kitchen has plenty of detail. The layout was changed to accomodate a new dishwasher and we installed all new cabinets with crown moulding. We also added a ceramic tile backsplash with corian countertops. The existing floor was removed and we installed a new ceramic floor on a 45 degree angle to add character. New light fixtures were added in the kitchen and dinning room. We finished with new trim, doors and painted the kitchen, hallway and bedroom. It really came out great!
