Dream House Renovation (Brick, NJ)
This cute Bungalow on the water in Bricktown needed some updating but also some structural reinforcements. Originally, we were contracted to construct a small Master Bedroom addition but then we got into it...we then gutted most of the house including drywall, partitions, electrical system, hot water heater, roof and siding. We then reinforced the floor framing system and some of the roof and wall framing. The Homeowners decided to replace all of the windows and doors with Andersen 400 series products, new architectural roof, cedar shake siding with Azek trim boards. Inside we went with stained hardwood floors, custom kitchen cabinets with granite countertops and ceramic tile backsplash. Upgraded moldings and doors were added and finished off with custom paint colors. The bathroom was gutted and replaced with a fully custom stand up shower with tiled floor and walls, pedastal sink and wainscot walls. A truely unbelievable transformation!!! Covered Front Porch / Sunroom (Brick, NJ)
This client chose to have a facelift performed on their house. Although we did not add any square footage to the living areas, it sure looks much grander. Here we built a 1,200 square foot front porch with a covered roof, 3 season room with vinyl walls and ceiling. The materials used on the exterior are completely maintenance free from Azek decking and rail system to vinyl siding and soffits. A new custom architectural roof was added to the entire existing and new structures as well. Finished off with a paver driveway and walkway and new landscaped beds. What a transformation!!! TAKK-nificent!!!

Total House Renovation (Bayville, NJ)
Wow did this house need help. Here we gutted the interior and removed some walls that were hiding the inner beauty of this oversized ranch. With that came off the roof and siding. We vaulted the ceilings, made the openings from room to room larger, completely new electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems were added. Then came the finishing touches...Custom 42" cherry cabinets with granite countertops, hardwood and porcelain floors, custom finishes from brushed chrome fixtures to upgraded light fixtures. New architectural roof and new vinyl siding were added. A well needed change to TAKK Tight!!

Kitchen Remodel (Toms River, NJ)
Our client wanted a totally new and brighter kitchen and that is what they got! The existing kitchen was totally removed along with some walls, tile floor and moldings. New kitchen cabinets were added along with new granite countertops, new ceramic tile random pattern flooring, new ceramic tile backsplash, new moldings, light fixtures and paint. Interior Mouldings / Tile (Toms River, NJ)
This homeowner chose to have us construct a custom built-in painted wall unit. Along with changing out all the window and door moldings, base molding we added the final touches by creating a custom tile backsplash for their new kitchen.
